Cancellation policy

Pre-order items are not eligible for refund or order cancellation. 

Items marked as pre-order are made to order by the wonderful brands & makers that we stock. As they are made to order, items pre-ordered are unable to be cancelled once they are placed. 

Please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch from us for all orders containing pre-order items. If you have other items in your order that are in stock, they will be held for you and shipped all together.
