Rewards Club Terms and Conditions
Get 10% off your first order
To get 10% off your first order, sign up to our rewards club on this page or through the pop up in the bottom right corner.
Once signed up, reopen the pop up (from the bottom right) and you will be logged in and be able to see details such as ways to earn and ways to redeem.
If your points balance says 0, refresh the page. Once refreshed your total should show 100 points & you can immediately redeem your points for 10% off your first order. Click redeem and you will be given a unique code you can add to your order at checkout.
Earning Points
- Members earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Points are calculated on the final purchase total, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts (unless stated otherwise).
- Points are added to your account after an order is completed.
Redeeming Rewards
- Points can be redeemed for available rewards as listed in our Rewards Program.
- Reward values and redemption options may change at our discretion.
- Rewards, discounts, and reward dollars are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Changes to the Rewards Club
- We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program, including point values and reward offerings, at any time and without prior notice.
- Any changes will apply to future rewards and redemptions.
If you placed your first order in 2025
Creating your account and accessing 10% off if you shopped in 2025.
If you shopped with us in 2025, your past points have automatically been added to that email address. Please sign up (via the pop up in the bottom right corner) using that email to access your points total and keep accumulating. We have added enough points for there to be a 10% offer redeemable for you. If you have any trouble finding your points, please contact us.
- Orders placed before the Rewards Program launch in 2026 are eligible for back dated rewards points.
- If you do not see your rewards points, please contact us.
- Managing of past points and rewards are at our discretion.
