Returns Information

We want you to love what you’ve chosen. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help — just get in touch. If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know within 5 business days of delivery.

For change of mind returns, we kindly ask that you contact us within 5 business days of your order arriving.

All returns are subject to approval.

Due to their nature, playdough and play bases are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping and falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, a $15 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is approved
How it works:

  • Reach out via email or our contact form to request your return.
  • Share a photo of the item/s, along with a brief note about your return.
  • Once approved, carefully repack your items in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and any fabric bags.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. 

  • Send your parcel using tracked shipping and share the tracking number with us so we can follow it along with you.

Once your return arrives and is confirmed to match the approved condition, we’ll process your refund (or store credit) within 2 business days to your original payment method.

Returns showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted. In these cases, a $15 return shipping fee will apply to have the items sent back to you.
